Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach with Pre/Postnatal specialism

My journey into the world of fitness is deeply rooted in a passion for empowerment through exercise and nutrition. Originally, my days were filled with the thrill of riding horses and competing in ShowJumping, a pursuit that brought me immense happiness, energy and purpose.

 

My country lifestyle at St Andrew's Uni took a turn after I moved to London, where the demands of an office job left me feeling sluggish and unhealthy. Sedentary days spent sitting and indulging in biscuits led to weight gain and a lack of energy. But amidst this struggle, I found a lifeline: vigorous lunchtime workouts that reignited my energy levels and my sense of purpose.

 

The incredible news of my first pregnancy was accompanied by an abrupt redundancy from office life. It was undoubtedly a challenging time, but in hindsight, it proved to be a pivotal turning point. Now, residing in Brighton with my supportive husband and two wonderful daughters, I've retrained as a Personal Trainer and nutrition coach. I'm driven by a burning desire to help women reclaim their health and energy.

 

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and educating my clients to make the best decisions for their health and happiness goals, stemming from my own experience of the transformative power of exercise and proper nutrition.

 

Motherhood further deepened my understanding of the unique challenges women face, especially during pregnancy and the postnatal period, fuelling my specialisation in women's fitness. I now hold a Level 3 specialist qualification in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition so I can safely guide you through this challenging but special time.

 

By bridging the gap between fitness and the diverse needs of women, I strive to create a community where women feel understood, valued and empowered to take control of their health. With each client, my commitment is unwavering - to provide the tools, knowledge and support needed to thrive.
